I help people start their new life in Australia. It's great to see how many people want to live in this country - and who wouldn't want to live here? People move for all sorts of reasons from the simple (not liking the weather in their home country) to the complex (not having opportunities in their own country) to the heartbreaking stories that I hear from people seeking refugee status. I help everyone in the same way, using patience and professionalism. It's great when I get notes back years later showing how people are getting married and starting families.
